I am trying to reset my password and have not recieved any help from customer service. but they can tell you in every return message from them "your Account verifcation needs to be done before you can withdraw any of your winnings and you need to deposit $100. Well right now they owe me about $850,000.00 so they don't want to reset my password and I have not paid the $100 error fee! All I can say is Gamblers Be Ware!!!!!!

They gave me 3400 to play at there casino. They had no wagering requirements for the $3400.however, after winning over &20,000 and tried to make a withdrawal and in order to verify my account I had to deposit $100 in bitcoin. Due to crypto fees the deposit was $99.33. Customer Service said I had to make a one time full $100 deposit to unlock my account verification and the $99.33 did not verify it. I had to make another $100 or more deposit in bitcoin to verify my account so I can access the funds and make the withdrawal. So I bought another $120 in bitcoin and deposited to my account. I tried to withdraw some of the money and it said my withdrawal was pending because I had to make a $200 deposit to verify my wallet to be able to continue with the withdrawal process. Customer Service assured me that making the $100 deposit would let me access my funds for withdrawal. Since they failed to tell me about the wallet verification process and another deposit of $200 would have to be made, I was very reluctant to make any more deposits! But I did! And guess what? They need another $200 because the last $200 deposit did not meet the requirements to verify my wallet! Totally a scam! They are definitely scammers and frauds! Do not play at their casino!

They are scammers, first transfer 80 (currency unspecified), then transfer 150 dollars and you have to transfer everything to complete the verification.
