On July 14, 2025 Somehow someway they were able to provide me with information for two (2) train tickets from Amtrak. Amtrak doesn't believe anyone could do that, but when I called Amtrak support I got connected to Tripify who informed me that the tickets I had already bought and paid for were cancelled and they sold me more for $500.00 extra. I ask for a receipt, but never got one and so I had two (2) charges for the same days for my wife and they debited my account as well. They also told me that my first tickets I bought were refunded back to my card, which when I checked with the actual Amtrak again was told that my first two (2) tickets they said were cancelled are valid and paid for.

I need a reply from TRIPIFY about why I was sold more tickets with the same reservation number as my first tickets and I need the MONEY YOU SCAMMED ME OUT OF REFUNDED ASAP. Do not buy, trust, take, receive, pay any money to this company unless you want to have to call your banks to straighten things out and then HOPE and PRAY you get your money back. This company will scam you as much as possible, so AVOID them like the plaque.

For those in charge of stealing my money please correct your wrong that has been done to me and refund the money you STOLE from me.

I was scammed for train tickets that had already been paid for to Amtrak, yet Tripify.com claimed my tickets were cancelled and charged me an additional $500.00 over the cost of the original seats. I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED AND HAD two (2) charges for the same tickets and train. I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED TO MY ACCOUNT ASAP. Don't use this service unless you want to lose your money. I hope and pray I get it back.
