Thelifeh.com Suspicious Shop

I ordered the Seurico™ Silicone Reline denture set. It never came. I complained and all I got was a tracking number that goes no where. The site was the shop and Thelifeh. Does any one know who they are? Is the shop legitimate cause their on that site. I can’t find how I paid for it so I can’t dispute it. Also it was supposed to be shipped by UPS.

This is the second time that I have been scammed by these people. They also had another site by a different name and I ordered from that site all together they have gotten me for $80 bucks I have emailed them but haven’t gotten an answer back yet which I could prosecute them because I would…never order from overseas

Do not purchase from here …I would give it a zero if they would let me . I also have been a victim . I’ve sent email after email for 2 months ,and it’s the same story . Here’s the tracking number , it’s on its way , you should receive it next week . I knew it was too good to be true . I wish I had read the reviews first . Before you purchase ,do your research !!!

It's a scam, people. I purchased the Zakavi Glusosense Laser Blood Glucose Monitoring device for $49.95, but I received a Pulse fingertip oximeter. The United States Attorney should punish this kind of fraud.

I too order the non invasive blood glucose pulse oximeter . monitor and like other received a cheap battery operated pulse oximeter. I’m so disappointed with no recourse to get the product I actually ordered. If I could rate a zero that’s my actual score rating.

Don't buy!! I ordered the denture set and it was a waste of money. Not at all like the video shows. They are not full dentures and just little strips that cover the front. It took a month to get them and they are going in the garbage where they belong.

much like everyone else on here i have been scammed . sent a product i did not order had to contact them cause it was taking for ever to just get the wrong product. contacted them through email they responded one time and then blocked my address making any further contact with them impossible. am still trying to figure out how to get my money refunded currently.

I will file a claim on the (so-called) business, Thelifeh.com for FALSE ADVERTISING. What you think you are ordering is NOT what I received. Remember those "candy" teeth, well, they were made better than what they send—shame on you guys.

They don’t send what you order

I ordered some really fun looking toys for my dog over three weeks ago, within 4 days they were in LAX. Tracking said "at destination" and I haven't heard or seen anything since. I did send one email to customer service a few days later wondering and got a reply stating sometimes it takes a few days but it's coming and "thank you for being patient" All further attempted emails are returned undelivered it isn't around anymore. Today I tried to track it through the web site and in a chat said to give them a $1 dollar "fully refundable" to "just about?" (not sure) and opened a page for credit card info. I said "NOT" after already giving them my zip code and email address. Wish I had read this sooner.

Let's just say I agreed to buy dentures set for $40 .74. I have not received them it's been a month they were due to be delivered on 3/4/2025. I had to search to find there page and it took me forever. They also charged my bank another have a receipt er $. 11.51 still unclear what that's about. Thelifeh is a scam artist. i purchase a product never got notified by the post office, the post office said they had to dispose of the package the package because perishable item but it was not a perishable item that I purchase. than when i brought this to their attention they say the will refund half of what i paid. will never buy or recommend anyone to purchase from these scammers, scammers , scammers. if i could leave no star for a rating i would.

Ordered a Goucsense Meter for about $29, they added a second product now totaling $51+ a month ago today and am STILL trying to obtain a tracking number, phone number, or a working email address. The 202 area code shown is actually for DC and have spent a few hours trying to communicate with them to no avail. It's a scam fer sure - DO NOT PURCHASE A THING FROM THESE SCAMMERS. NOTHING ABOUT THEM IS TRUE OR ACCURATE OR HONEST.

I ordered the Suerico non invasive blood glucose meter for the price of $35.96 on February 19, 2025 but was charged on my credit card for $39.55 but never received the item I ordered. But instead on March 4 they delivered a defective pulse oximeter. Next day I emailed them telling them they delivered the wrong product and I need to return it. They told me to keep the defective oximeter which is of no use to me and wanted to offer me a 50% refund instead of making good on my order or otherwise just give me back a full refund since they cannot send or probably falsely advertising a product they don't have. This Thelifehmart is a fraudulent online website and a SCAM.

Scam website! I ordered a ball for my dog. Cost was $11.99 they charged my card $21.99 they don't answer your email and when you try to view your order or track package you get this "This site can’t be reached"

I ordered from this company for a total of $39.95 and my bank called me to ask if I ordered from this company for $49.95. They did not send payment and canceled my card. Thank you bank. This company is a scam and you will not be happy ordering from them.

On Jan 19th I ordered (ORDER SHOP042-4867) a "Non-Invasive Laser Blood Glucose Meter. I received notice from WD Online Store with additional charges of $11.98 for this item. On Feb 25, 2025, I received a package via USPS with a cheap Pulse Oximeter in it. The shipping package has the same KONON shipping number as shown on the transit notice. Thelifeh contact phone is not active and the only contact is an address in Hong Kong at a building in Flat/Rm 1203, 12/F, Tower 2. I believe this product is a highly advertised scam. Good luck if you deal with this outfit!

I purchased two items by mistake from this company and according to what they write, if you cancel the order the same day, then they will cancel it and not charge you. Guess again! By the end of the day that I ordered, despite multiple emails, I was charged and the two items were shipped out. Do not buy from this company!!!
