Ordered on 6/20/25. 8 days later still no word it's been shipped. The phone number given is in Europe but company says it's in NY. Registration shows Arizona. I believe it's a scam. Emailed them with no response.

I can't get any customer service. I have sent numerous emails regarding 2 different orders and the email isn't correct. The support email no one responds!. I'm starting to think I got scammed!!!
