This company runs a web site offering crypto cloud mining services. Their website is www.mashash.com. They promise daily returns and initial they do pay on smaller contracts to get you to buy larger contracts. But when you get to the larger contracts they demand more money and block your account from being able to withdraw funds. The officers of the company are Mrs. Sridevi Komanduri and Mr. Ratna Madhav Burugadda Kandalie. They also have a person in New York City who is contact person on press releases her name is Leanna Miller.
I initial began using platform in September and was receiving promised payments so I referred many other people to join the platform. Initially everything was fine but when one of my referrals bought a $60,000 contract they froze his account and said he had to buy a minimum of two contracts at that level and that his account was now negative 53K. He deposited the 53K and the company then demanded more money saying he had to buy a third contract. They are holding $155,000 of his money that he can’t get back.
A week later another one of my referrals purchased a 32k contract and because of issues that happened to our friend she triple checked before purchasing. There was nothing saying it required a purchase of two contracts. She purchased it successfully but then a few hours later the company updated the 32K contract to require a minimum purchase of two contracts. Then they froze her account demanding another 32K to unfreeze account stating her contract wasn’t valid because she didn’t purchase two.
The next day Mashash froze my account saying that because I referred the previous two people they had to readjust my commission and it would be a month before I could withdraw money. There is nothing in their terms of use saying anything about commission adjustments if someone terminated a contract. Not to mention they never paid me a commission on the contracts from those deals anyway. Very much a scam.
