J’ai achetĂ© une licence Office 2016 pour Mac sur Lalicence.fr, pensant faire un achat en toute confiance. Malheureusement, aprĂšs plusieurs tentatives d’installation et d’activation, j’ai dĂ©couvert que le produit Ă©tait totalement incompatible avec macOS Ventura.

DĂšs le premier contact avec leur support, l’incompatibilitĂ© n’a jamais Ă©tĂ© mentionnĂ©e. Au lieu de cela, on m’a fait perdre du temps avec des rĂ©installations, des manipulations techniques inutiles, et mĂȘme une session TeamViewer
 avant qu’ils ne finissent par reconnaĂźtre que le produit ne fonctionnerait jamais.

PlutĂŽt que de prendre leurs responsabilitĂ©s et proposer un remboursement pour un produit non conforme, ils m’ont seulement offert un bon d’achat dĂ©risoire pour acheter une autre licence. J’ai perdu mon argent et mon temps avec un support qui, sous couvert de "volontĂ© d’aider", refuse d’assumer son erreur.

Si vous achetez chez eux, sachez que leur garantie s’arrĂȘte dĂšs que vous avez payĂ©. Une fois la clĂ© activĂ©e, ils vous rappelleront soudainement que "Microsoft interdit tout remboursement", mĂȘme si leur produit ne fonctionne pas sur votre machine.

👉 À fuir si vous voulez un support sĂ©rieux et un vrai service aprĂšs-vente. 🚹

➡ Si vous cherchez une licence Microsoft fiable, passez directement par Microsoft ou un autre revendeur plus transparent.
