Please change your certification of Kalakunnj.in. It is a fake merchant accounts which is non-responsive to customers after getting the money online. Even the service provider appears to be hand in hand, as shirking his responsibilites despite sending money transfer confirmation

I booked an order with them on 1 July 2025 for kurtas for 1592/- They received the money but ever since then there is no response from them. I have sent emails to their website but no reply. When I visited their website it says it's unavailable. So looks like it's a fraud company. Can we do something to get the money back?
