I ordered goods on 21st July, they said it had been delivered and signed for on 28th , I checked cctv footage , no goods have arrived , their advice was not our fault their Track17 app also not accepting responsibility , and they will not refund cash or send goods ( probably don’t exist anyway) , Ava of this and teopir their initial business name

This place is a rip off. I placed my order, then about a month later I get a message my order was delivered and it wasn't. I contacted them and they say, give it more time. It appears my order was lost and I never received it, but they originally only wanted to refund me 30% because they have a shop to support. REALLY, well I don't have my order. Then they want to refund me 50%. I said no, I didn't receive 100% of my order, I want 100% refunded. Still waiting to hear from them.
