Elfmalls.com Website Review

Found through vapecrawler.com which is usually a good filter for finding legit online cape stores. I’d been looking for a specific kit that was out of stock everywhere I looked, and Elfmalls had it in stock. They claimed shipping would take a little longer than usual, so about 4 weeks. That was nearly 3 months ago. My order is still showing as processing on their site. I’ve emailed and submitted their customer service form countless times without a response. Notified Shopify twice, but all they do is forward the complaint to the company. Now I’m trying to get their attention via social media, but their accounts seem inactive for about a year. Unless a miracle happens, I’m out $60. Stay very VERY far from this company unless you want to throw away your money. Would love for them to prove me wrong, but I’m confident they’re scammers.

I found this site. Looking for geek Bars date is 7-23-25 they had all in stock at low prices. Every other site I normally order from has not had any Geek Bars avail in over 3 months. I've checked many times 9 or 10 times. So it leads me to believe that with no repeatable reviews on Trust pilot it is a scam. Site was just created this yr.
