If it was possible to leave no stars, I would do that. This company advertises somewhat expensive 'Robot Puppies' & bought two for my disabled wife hoping to give something to be cheerful about. What they sent was complete rubbish. The 'alleged' robot puppies they sent did absolutely none of what this company said they would & despite trying to get a reasonable refund, they make it impossible & just don't reply. - Buyer be very aware of these crooks.

Not even one star - Everything you wrote about this online store is correct. I suspected that it was a fraud but could not verify since I could not find any information on line about this company. Buyer beware- you are about to be scammed big if you order anything from this company. They should be shut down and fined.
