Then today i got a message saying this order is being held because of incomplete delivery info (not true). When i go to change it it try’s charging me to update it ?? Absolute SCAM and I hope they are eventually caught. Tracking said that the package was delivered and nothing showed up. They keep saying wait 3 - 5 business days to receive an email reply and do not respond until you message back. Dispute the payment with your cc company. They will try to stall until it is too late.
