JUST A SCAM OPERATION NOTHING ELSE DO NOT CONTACT THEM OR DEAL WITH THEM AND DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

I thought that I was speaking with Ryanair. They sold me a ticket that was 3 times the actual price claiming that there were only a few seats left. They charged the same amount on my credit card 3 times. I checked with Ryanair and there was no booking under the reservation number I was given.

I was under the impression that I was speaking with Southwest airline when I canceled 4 paid for flights and re-rescheduled them to go to another location. Airpad suggested that I charge the flights on again and said they would refund the original flight fees previously paid. They canceled the original flights and paid the new flights with my credit card I gave for the four new flights. After waiting 60 days (which was the time that they said it would take to receive a refund), the money never came. Of course that makes it more difficult to try to report the scam & receive a refund because if time limits on filing a claim. Only when I re-read the email carefully did I realized that it was from ‘airpad’ and not Southwest Airlines. Southwest was not aware of any commitments to make a refund to me even though airpad emailed 2 letters to me with the SW logo on it. I am sure this is a scam which I’m reporting to my credit card company, the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General‘s office of Maryland.

BEWARE!!!. THIS IS A SCAM. They scammed 3 of us posing as American Airlines out of $9000.00. The credit card Statement said Airlinefares.888-616-8120. When I called the original number it was disconnected. When I googled this number it came up as cheapflight1.com, with a BBB warning. The number now is under airtravelpod.com. I called the number today, it was them. Roger Williams he goes by. They sound Nigerian to me. I could hear a dog and kids in the background. They are just opening new web sites as they go. I contacted Google and the FTC. I feel beyond stupid for falling for this. Worse because I involved my daughter and sister in law. So I'm footing the whole amount. In retaliation for filing disputes Roger canceled our international flights home. Don't let this happen to you.

**SCAM FRAUD COMPANY**** Every body there is a SMITH \\AND A ZACK// STAY AWAY// I submitted a complaint with US.DOT. And only started. Dont believe them that you will get a refund. Dispute with your credit card company IMMEDIATELY.

Nicholas Smith ( fake name for an Indian scammer from Travelpad) conned me to upgrade Turkish Airline tickets for additional $1750. Once I paid this amount he will then refund previous purchased nonrefundable tickets plus additional $1750. Sounded too good to be true. Never got anything back. Called several time and never got hold of that Nicholas guy. Fake Indian thieves steeling from people in a slam from India. Please stay away from Airtravelpad.

Scammed. I thought I was speaking to Southwest customer service....this person pushed me to upgrade to business class, then get a refund. I called and last time was hung up. I am dealing with credit card for fraud. Never ever deal with airtravelpad.com.
