I wish I could use 0 stars. I believe both my cards were compromised and used for fraudulent purposes in Arizona at Walmart. I did not get a confirmation email from summit and that should have been my first red flag. Then the fraud charges and me going through the trouble of changing my cards. No shoes in the mail either, and no surprise. Now I am going to try to get the charges reversed. What a horrible experience, DO NOT use this company! I wish I had checked here first. I'll also try to report them with the BBB.

I tried to buy shoes on this site. My payment wouldn't go through so I tried a different card. Both failed and then 2 days later had fraudulent charges on them and had to be replaced. One was a charge to Anthropic AI and another Steam. I had tried calling the company and - surprise - their number is disconnected. Not sure how they can continue advertising when it is clearly a scam.

I’m only giving it one star because I can’t give it zero. I tried to make a purchase online through them and I got a note saying “sorry your card is not supported for this payment. please change the card and try again.” so I did that once and the same thing happened. I got off the website but I had entered information already. I called my credit card company and asked them about this and they weren’t sure that it was a scam but two days later I got a $200 purchase that was not mine on my card. I don’t believe in coincidences and I kind of expected this to happen. I would not make any purchase from them or go to their website. And the purchase was for Anthropic. I wonder if it has anything to do with AI. Scammers are supposed to be using that even more now. Run, don’t walk from this company.

Tried buying shoes on this site. Purchase didn't go through but my credit card was charged almost $350 in fraudulent charges. Do not use!

I tried ordering a pair of running shoes and when it processed by debit card it asked for an OTP which I entered. It then asked for my PIN (it showed it was being processed by Stripe). Your PIN is not needed when paying by Stripe so this sit is obviously a scam.

In my opinion this is a scam organization. Price was raised $5.00 without my authorization, my payment went to a Theresa Womble in New Jersey and I never received the item. All of my attempts to reach the company were ignored. When I tried to call their "customer service" number I noticed it was 1-234-5678.

This looks quite suspicious. I ordered running shoes on 5/4/26. I got tracking info within a day or two. But it stopped updating status 10 days ago. I have yet to receive my shoes. I tried to email their customer support, but got a mailer daemon failure to deliver. Prices were indeed too good to be true.

Placed an order on 4/9/26 for a pair of sneakers for $65.62. I received an email that the price was changed without my authorization to $75.46. I paid thru Paypal and cannot follow the procedures to get a refund (today is 5/18/26) on this order which has not been received. I cannot contact the company. Their web site says the order is processing. I tried contacting them several times by phone and the number was not functioning. I emailed them about the problem at least three times at different emails and have yet to receive a response. I believe I have been scammed out of my payment and am very disappoinnted.

they are having a sale on Brooks shoes buy 2 pair get a free gift (another pair) so I paid for them. kept checking my email for shipping-nothing so I called them phone number not working (bad sign) checked order status order cancelled by them I'm checking bank now
