The ad was a total SCAM--$9.99 for a Rand McNally Road Atlas. All they sent was a PDF about RV travel with a few parks maps. I emailed the company, receiving a message that they would refund me. NEVER HAPPENED.

Zero stars. Ordered a book for $9.99. The ad showed that shipping was free (indicating there was a physical item to ship). The ad showed the size of the item, 10 x1. When I questioned where the book was, I as told it was sent as a pdf file. No where in the original ad did it say that.

I ordered a Road Atlas for $9.99, and you tried to increase the charge to$39.99 without my consent. It appears your business and website are a "Bait and Switch". My transaction was cancelled through my bank, Thank Goodness the Atlas is not worth 40 dollars. My Bank has stopped any payment to you, and I have reported you as a fraud website. Now you reply option won't send my email to you. There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.

I too ordered a Road Atlas; I travel and sometimes like a full area picture. It was stated as $9.99. I just received an email from my bank asking did I authorize a $39.99 charge, I did not authorize a charge of 39.99. This is a bait and Switch. Looks like the site ordinates in Iceland.

Lured me with a great road atlas then did not give me a choice for it but a "mega pack" that i did not know what it was or even wanted it once it was revelated thru an email with links. Then price went from 9.99 to 29.99. There is no CS phone number at web site.
