Primydeals.com is a Chinese online scam. Absolutely do not use this web sales source. They have been turned in to credit card fraud agency, and this is nothing new apparently. Save yourself grief and money. Do NOT fund the Chinese Communist Party this way.

I ordered a telescope and it took three weeks to deliver. The telescope is beautiful but does not work- cannot view clearly much of anything. Now PrimyDeals will not respond to my request to return. I am wondering if they are legit.

Found vitoramix stand mixer by searching for best stand mixers. Had great reviews and a link to Primydeals. Ordered it waited 2 weeks and received a cheftronic mixer which is available on ebay at a much lower price. Apparently they make up fake reviews for non existent brands and ship something else. Have not heard from their support on a return request for several days.

I order the Root Gaugep pH meter on July 28, and it finally arrived on August 14. The instructions were basically useless. The web site claimed it came with calibration buffers but it did not. They claimed it read pH in 0.1 increments, but it only reads in 0.5 units, and even those are questionable. I got in touch with their support -- said they'd get back when they had an answer. That was almost 3 weeks ago.

I order the Root Guage for PH balance in July and have not received it yet as of Aug. 30. I received tracking notices. It got hung up in Chicago. I contacted Primy and asked it is was coming or not and if not if they will refund my purchase. I got a note with the shipping refund of 7.98. My total order was $.97.97 I wrote to tell them I was disappointed in that. Their response was to tell me they had put the request to the support team. That was Aug. 23. I would not recommend buying from them as their guarantee of satisfaction is not true for me, the communication while timely is not satisfactory.

Ordered a pH meter for soil testing. Product itself seems fine. Delivery time and tracking were very poor—especially since I paid extra for expedited delivery. Wouldn’t order from them again.

The 1st star is not removable. Communication has been prompt but unproductive. On 7/17/26 I paid Primydeals $152.97 for GrindNova “conical burr” coffee grinder. Primydeals described the apparently non-existent brand at “half-price”and “not available on Amazon.” I received a look-alike substitute brandthat was in fact available from Amazon for $25. Their site offered”Free-shipping for all products” but I was charged for shipping but not tax. Primydeals refused to refund the entire the full purchase price, but offered a “goodwill gesture” of a 30% refund since the determined that I had “simply changed“[my]mind.
