I ordered a coffee cup from resistprint and they delivered it to to a P.O. box in another state. I have no idea where they got that address from. My order clearly shows my ship to address in Stuart Fl. I emailed resistprint support explaining what happened and their response was that because it was already delivered I had to contact the USPS myself and ask them to fix the delivery error. Pretty poor customer service in my opinion.

I too ordered from resistprint.com, my order was $107. I fell for the lie that it was a business based in Minnesota. It most certainly is not. I repeatedly checked the tracking number which shows a journey from Italy and lasting nearly a month. I received an email saying that my order had been delivered to my mailbox. It has not. The tracking number cannot be traced through the USPS. I have sent emails to their tracking service and to resistprint.com. No immediate response! No response in five days. I want my products or I want my money back. Apparently less than one star is not possible.

I ordered from them July 28. When the "tracking" info was finally available, it said the items shipped from Italy (not Minnesota as the Facebook post claims). The last tracking has the items in Boise. Checking with AI, it appears that this is a fake company and the tracking company is fake too. It said that people frequently see the package in Boise and it never arrives. For some reason, the charge has never appeared on my credit card. I was going to dispute it, but it is not there. I will continue to monitor my bank regarding this charge. I am 100% sure this is a fake company, and feel stupid for having fallen for it as I always check companies I see on Facebook but for some reason I did not check this one. Beware!

I also ordered from them several weeks ago, thinking they were based out of Minneapolis. Red flags followed, but I received multiple order status emails and decided to wait and see. My order did arrive on time, with all the items I expected. I will not order from them again because of the misleading marketing, but I can't say this is an unsafe site.

I ordered from them several weeks ago, thinking they were based out of Mpls. Got the possible fraud alert from my bank, and stupidly okayed it. The charge was for about $10 more than it showed on my invoice plus an additional 88 cent service fee and an attempted Facebook charge that did not go through. After about a month, I still have not recieved my items, tracking shows them in transit, have supposedly gone through customs, etc. But my bank said it was a company in. Hong Kong. I cancelled my card too before they try to add any more charges. Apparently they attempted to run the charge 3 times that same day but they only went through once. Skeptical if I will ever get my merchandise or if oit will be the quality shown.

I ordered a t shirt from their website. Total with shipping was $28 something. A few moments later I got a fraud alert from my bank for a company in Hong Kong, AIYTECH, for #34.06. I didn’t think they were for the same purchase but after googling AIYTECH and reading that it’s a scam and based in Hong Kong I realized that it’s the same company. I canceled my card.
