Stop - Do not purchase this product! Always be dubious of a product which only has 1 and 5 star reviews, and this product is no different. I bought RankScore's "Lifetime" and "Lifetime Agency" licenses on 26 June 2026. Within two days I asked for a refund under their own advertised 30-day money-back guarantee - the tool doesn't write page content, it doesn't come close to replacing my other SEO tools, nor does it do what it claims to in the ads. What followed was six weeks of stalling: -They asked me to explain my reasons "in case it's a setup issue" before they'd even discuss a refund. When I pushed back and mentioned a chargeback, they approved the refund on 1 July — and then just... didn't pay it. -Two follow-up emails over the next three weeks got no response at all. -I opened a formal dispute with my bank on 20 July. Only after that did anyone reply. -Four weeks after "approving" my refund, someone claiming to be their VP of Customer Success resurfaced, not to pay it, but to ask if I'd try the product again, offering a free magazine feature and hyping an upcoming update, before she'd "finalise" a refund that had already been approved a month earlier. When I said I now believed this was a deliberate stall tactic, they replied insisting they're "not a scam", and still no refund. I sent three more follow-ups over the next week, all met with absolute silence! -Their next and only reply was a marketing email plugging a new feature. Still not a word about the refund. My financial institution has finally credited the money back through a forced chargeback. RankScore itself never paid the refund it approved on 1 July. As far as I can tell, the only reason I have my money back at all is that my bank did what RankScore wouldn't. If you're reading the reviews before buying: Don't Buy! If you're reading this review after buying: request a refund the moment something feels off, keep every email, and be ready to go straight to your bank. Don't expect RankScore's "customer success" team to actually process what they approve.

Seems I'm not alone in my experience. Do some searching. Gave this software a try to see if it was everything they sold it as. It's not. I reached out to RankScore.io creator Sam Frost for a full refund and after runaround after runaround, I ended up having to issue a chargeback to get my money back. Buyer Beware.
