I plugged my iPhone in to my new Rivanta wanting to see how long it would take to charge. When I checked again, it had sucked about 10% of my iPhone battery's power instead of the other way around. I'd read the instructions but I was unprepared for that outcome. I checked with [email protected] given for questions. It went to a pay service that I'd gotten conned into using once before. Not happy. Rivanta seems to have no support on its own. You can start a conversation with what appears to be a bot. As soon as it thinks they know you have a real question, it takes you to the pay service.
