I have waited over a month the receive a jacket I ordered. It has never arrived and no tracking or order number was ever sent! I guess I am out $49.95 plus tax and shipping! This whole debacle makes me sick! Don't buy is my advice!

Merchandise came and was poor quality. Came with a card that said "satisfaction guaranteed, no worries" When I wanted to send it back they said no we will give you 20% refund. I refused and asked for 50% and they gave me the credit and I kept the merchandise which is pure junk. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I ordered the Octopus glass as a gift for my wife. When it came it was nothing close to the product depicted in the photos on the site. It was the size of a small child's glass, the quality of a cheap glass from a dollar store, had nothing like the sculpted animal in the photos and the painting was itself that of a small child. I contacted them requesting a full refund including shipping; they replied and apologised, offering a 50% discount explaining they'd been let down by their supplier and taken an economic hit; I replied that was unacceptable although I empathized with their loss, that wasn't my concern. They replied offering a 70% discount. Again, I refused their 'kind' offer and insisted that were I not to get a full refund I would report them to Customs and Border Control (I'm in the USA), BBB, dispute the charge and more. They replied they were offering me a full refund including shipping costs. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Caveat emptor.

Ordered the glasses Octopus, got one email stating they arrived damaged to the vendor. Tracking is impossible. Says arrived in NY at USPS but cannot exchange tracking information with USPS. Have emailed and no response. The contact email is now a bad link.

Ordered 2 sea life glasses an octopus and a jelly fish. Looked abolutlely nothing like the advertised pictures. Very cheap looking. My 5 year old niece could have done a better job on the painting. The octopus and the jelly fish colors look nothing like the advertisement. Washed out colors, half painted and not even the correct colors from the advertised pictures. I was hoping to give them as a gift to a friend. That is out of the question now! Cheap China junk. Will never purchase again from this company.
