These are criminals... First, it's a fake company. They pretend to be based in Vancouver, Canada, but they're not; they're somewhere in Asia (China?). Second, the photos on the website aren't of the clothing they would send you. They're computer-generated images. Third, what I received was completely different from what I ordered. Instead of a linen blazer, they sent me a short lab coat made of 100% cotton with very poor stitching. Fourth, they claim you can return the item within 30 days if you're not satisfied--this is also a lie. They will offer you a bunch of options to get at least part of the money you spent. Stay away from these criminals.

Harper-Logan employs fraudulent practices, not unlike Michael and Claire another online clothing g store. I wouldn’t be surprised is run by same organization. Harper & Logan ad popped up when I was shopping for sandals on line. These sandals were advertised as Orthopedic leather walking sandals on sale for $65. Their website had ‘Vancouver’ and the Canadian flag in the logo. Pics on the website include a boutique store presumably located in Vancouver. I have since read negative reviews online that indicate that this is an online store based in China and incorporated in the Netherlands. There is no brick and mortar store in Canada. I received the sandals today. No mention of Harper & Logan on the box. I received plastic sandals with plastic heels and a sewn on hook replicating a buckle. I sent an email putting in a request for a return and the ‘100 percent ‘ refund their website promises. They say they have to approve the return before it can be mailed back. They also say the customer has to pay for the shipping and the package has to be shipped to an address in China. Online comments suggest that this shipping cost is greater than the cost of product itself. Curious that I am required to ma it to China when the return address on the package was 5698 Timberlea Blvd in Mississauga, Ontario. I tried calling their customer service phone number : +17782003465 but it doesn’t accept incoming calls. This company employed multiple, deliberately-misleading pieces of information to obtain my money. Reviews on facebook make it clear that they are doing this to many other people. I will pursue the return of the sandals to the company and try to get my money back. I will also enter a dispute. Harper and Logan needs to be identified as a fraudulent enterprise.
