Completed my third order. They contacted me saying one item was out of stock, and I replied with what I wanted instead. I received my order, but one item was missing (the out-of-stock item). The invoice stated that I would receive a coupon to place another order.

I contacted support, and they offered to send a replacement item. They claimed it was sent but provided no tracking number. After two weeks, nothing arrived. I contacted support again, and they said they would ship another one with a tracking number this time. Five days later, there is still nothing.

I have lost confidence in this store. I strongly recommend not buying from them, as they cannot be trusted with order handling or refunds.
