DO NOT BUY THE BEE HOUSES! I was duped by their website, which is actually very well done - no misspellings or grammatical errors. I didn't hear anything for a while so I contacted them. Their first emails to me were in German for some reason, even though they're in China. I finally received my order. The bee houses are nothing like the picture. They smell funny and the packaging felt like it had been stored in a damp basement. Many of the tubes are not drilled out and those that are have splinters that would shred a bee's wings if they try to enter. I contacted them for a refund. My choices: keep the item and receive a replacement; keep the item and receive a voucher for $72 (the amount I paid) to spend on other junk on their website; or return for a full refund (shipping at my expense). To ship USPS would cost $48. I was going to return them, then realized they would resell them to another unsuspecting person who may go ahead and put them out, possibly causing harm to bees. I'll destroy them and take this as a lesson learned. I'll look for a local apiarist and buy from them.

Do Not Order From this site. We ordered the Flame Rider Whirlgig and did not receive anything like the website picture. On the website it shows a 3-D image of a rider. We receive a 2-D cutout of the rider. Very disappointed. We have sent numerous emails to the support email address asking for a refund and have not heard back.

I purchased two handmade solitary bee hotels, they were slow and I was getting worried, finally I received an email stating my order was shipped, but after two more weeks nothing came I tried to track but it was confusing. Another week and finally my shipment arrived, the package was crushed in on one side, but no apparent damage to the contents, but the cardboard was damp, when I opened it the bee houses were not damaged but had green and black mold and mildew on them, so I cleaned them up as best as I could and put them into the hot bright sun where air could circulate around them, after a few days I cleaned them again they were dry now and I believe in useable condition. I was disappointed but did not want to deal with them anymore, So, buyer beware! I have no idea how the bee houses and the cardboard got wet, but it was still wet when I got it. I am not for sure if I will have any more issues when I set them out.

I received 2 bee hotels that arrived damp with mold starting to form on their backs. The tubes were splintered making the hotels useless as it would shred the bee's wings. I tried 4 times to request a return address label and a refund. After receiving no reply, I have opened a dispute via my credit card company.

I am very disappointed with my experience ordering the Hippie Bag from Craftisan.co/Craftisans.co. The Hippie Bag I received was completely not as described. The listing described “real quilting work” and stated that the entire outer shell was hand-quilted stitch by stitch, row by row. It also claimed that the sewing lines across the fabric were not a printed pattern, but the result of true handcraft. The listing also described appliquéd details, including peace signs, wheels, headlights, windows, and blossoms that were supposedly individually sewn on, with some three-dimensional details. However, the bag I received did not have real quilting, embroidery, appliqués, or three-dimensional sewn-on details. It was just a plain printed version of the same design. When I tried to resolve the issue, the communication from the seller was not professional or reassuring. I was not comfortable accepting a voucher because I had already lost trust in the company and the product. What concerned me the most was the seller’s message after I contacted them. The message appeared to be in German, and when translated, it stated that I would need to deal with their lawyers. In my opinion, that kind of message is intimidating and unacceptable, especially when a customer is simply trying to resolve an issue with an order. Customers should be able to raise concerns, request a refund, or use buyer protection through their payment provider without feeling threatened or pressured. Based on my personal experience, I do not recommend buying the Hippie Bag from this seller. I strongly suggest that other buyers be careful, take screenshots of the product listing, order confirmation, refund policy, emails/messages, and payment details, and only pay through a method that offers buyer protection. I would not buy from this company again.

I also purchased three of the misrepresented Hippie Bus Bags. I contacted the seller through their website to return the bags and got a response the next day. It went into my spam folder, so I did not see it for a week. For a refund the seller wants the bags returned to an address in China at my expense. An offer was made for me to keep the bags and accept a voucher for the full amount of my purchase to use for my next purchase. Based on the quality of the items I received I would say the voucher is useless. I ordered the flame rider whiligig and it is nothing like it is portrayed. I have been trying to return for refund and they will not answer any contacts I've sent. It has been 10 days no answer from company. Apparently I've been scammed.

I am not typically on online shopper; however, I purchased a "handcrafted" bag from Craftisans Co which was not handcrafted at all with real quilt work, or appliquéd details, and the size was much smaller than pictured. Instead I received a colorful bag which was not unique made out of printed fabric and sewn by machine. There advertising is deceitful and grossly misleading. The following was how they were marketing their bags: "Real quilting work: The entire outer shell is hand-quilted—stitch by stitch, row by row. The fine sewing lines that run across the fabric aren't a printed pattern; they're the result of true handcraft. — Appliquéd details: Peace signs, wheels, headlights, windows, and blossoms are individually sewn on—some of them three-dimensional. Every flower sits in a slightly different spot, because it was placed by hand, not by a machine." etc, etc.

This company is a scam. Both products I bought were completely misrepresented. The handcrafted VW Bus bags I purchased for $96 are a print job available from Walmart for $36. and that flat metal plane does not even come close to what is advertised. No response to any of my messages. I didn't know it was the same company, or it never would have happened!

They stink! The weather plane they show in the pictures comes as flat metal nowhere near what is shown. The "hand crafted" VW overnight bags they sell for $59.00 are the same print job that Walmart sells for $18.00. No response to any of my emails.

Ordered 3 dimentional metal sculpture of a motorcycle (whirly-gig). What arrived was a mobile type FLAT metal piece with a 3d printed motorcycle on both sides. The instruction QR code for assembly of this flat metal piece was for a "yellow submarine" not a motorcycle, which was not what was advertised or ordered. Sent 3 emails to company... no response. Clicked on "Return Policy", no address was listed to return merchantise to. Had to contact CC to dispute charges and purchase. Still no contact from Craftisans company. No way to return the junk that they sent. WARNING: THIS COMPANY APPEARS TO BE A SCAM!!

Ordered/received 3 wild bee hotels. Totally useless for that purpose. The openings of the tubes intended for bee nesting all have ragged splintery edges that will tear bee wings apart. Reworking/correcting would require many hours and special tools. Could possibly be used as indoor decorations, but more likely best used as fire tinder.

I ordered an item and when it arrived, it was completely different from what was advertised. I reached out to them and I’m waiting to hear the response.
