I ordered a dress not here yet. Found another one, so will return. Ah, can not send back to Cove&Clive. Have to send to China, 40.00 plus to return the dress. Paid 60.00 for it. You can not talk to anyone, and there is no cove &clive in Jackson Hole Wy. Going to report them and next my Navy credit union charge to get it removed from charge card. scammers scammers

The clothes I ordered took long time to arrive and did not resemble the pictures on Cove and Clive's website. Different colors, poorly made, cheap fabrics. Online promises of easy returns did not mention that I would have to pay to send the items back to China which is very costly. They gave me several offers to encourage me not to send the items back but no mention of a refund. FYI: There is no physical Cove & Clive store in Jackson Hole, WY no matter what the website infers. All the come-back/anniversary/almost going out of business messages are emotional garbage. A total scam.

I would advise you to skip this online store. Cove and Clive is not an honest place. I had ordered somethings through them, and the quality was poor, as well as their return issue. I had ordered a sweater, and it came as a turtle neck shirt. Two obviously different things. When I let them know that it was the wrong item, they expected me to choose something else, and then I would still pay the postage. Yikes! I was so disappointed. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I got scammed...received totally inferior product from one that was shown! Very poor quality. They seem to have stolen pictures of quality items and tried to copy! Will never get to speak directly to a human! zero stars to them
