I tried buying something from them. The shipment was delayed and the delivery service they use is unreliable. My package was left on the sidewalk in front of my building. It was stolen before it could be brought inside. They made no attempt to leave the package in a safe location or to call me to let me know they left the package outside. I let York Miller know and they told me it’s not their responsibility. They won’t even try to help by contacting the shipping company they use. The shipping company isn’t returning calls or emails.
