Not definitive, but suspicious. I'm a retired investigator who happens to be an author. Conducted inquiry into Winfrey Publishers and found that the brochure forwarded to me by the representative was loaded with sentences for which the words had no spaces in between them. Further, I found that the phone number the Agent had in the brochures was the same as one used on FB for a completely different business. This was suspicious enough for me to not utilize this business.
