***WARNING**** SCAM...Total ripoff !! Would not be worth $2 at the Reject shop. True rating NEGATIVE 10 stars

Cheap plastic junk with a piece of flimsy tin for a scraper. Looks nothing like advertised on web site. No packaging other than a plastic bag with small amount of bubble wrap, no branding. Cheap cloned copy of the genuine quality Grill Rescue brand unit. This crap unbranded knockoff sells on ebay or Ali express for $10 -$15 which is still ripping people off and overpriced

Take that one star off. I bought 3 Bbq cleaners as Christmas gifts. Became aware something was wrong when ‘HongKong’ came up on my bank statement and I was charged more than my invoice. Emailed them 3 times with questions about my order. They finally get back and said ‘ my order is coming ‘. I am still waiting and guessing the quality won’t be great judging by previous reviews here.

Do not buy. SCAMMERS. Billed from Hong Kong and claim to be Aussie Company. No phone numbers to speak with customer service, no logo on product. Came with no warranty, invoice or any other paperwork. Tried to return the product once I saw it through the unopened plastic bag in came in and completely ignored my request. I even offered to pay for the return postage with tracking. Absolute rubbish just got ripped off. Stay away!! Tradiestandard.com website should be taken down.

Complete scam. Their ads say they are an "aussie business", products are made in Australia and ship from Australia. All lies. You are billed out of Hong Kong, there is no business registered in Australia and they can't provide tracking. DO NOT BUY

Don't buy through this website!! I ordered the BBQ Pro Master for $100 AUD (supposedly on special from $200) and it wasn't as described on website. They advertise a built-in scraper that fits all types and shapes of grill bars, but the blade is completely flat on all edges. FALSE ADVERTISING - I've been sent a fake as it arrived in bubble wrap with no signage or packaging from "Tradie Standard" Tried to send back for return and all I got offered was $20 refund and the girl said the photos on their website are apparently just for step-by-step instructions and NOT the actual product image. Can't even back their own product. Don't get ripped off stay away from this website. The online chat feature does not work on the webpage either. Disappointed.
