Sas their ad as a pop up I believe on Wordscapes. Asked them to cancel the order, they did not. Instead they sent me a tracking number for my purchase. This is exactly what happened to me "Victims may receive cheap replicas made with poor-quality materials that do not match the original product descriptions, constituting knock-off or inferior substitutes." I think the photo they used for the product I ordered was copied from WAYFAIR. They have not replied to my email with photos of the inferior product I was sent and asking them again to reimburse me.

They use 2 names - topsmelo and topmelo. Emails come from [email protected]

I ordered some gorgeous candles for my windows but I have yet to receive them. I should have known better but the site was very deceiving so I had to cancel my debit card and it appears that I am out 50.00 dollars.😢 I just don't understand how anyone gets off scamming people out of their money. I don't have any money to lose and if I did, I would donate it to the folks in Western North Carolina that are sleeping in tents or cold campers after losing everything during Hurricane Helene.
