Do NOT order from this company! They are a complete Scam! I placed an order in June and received my order in the timeframe you would expect a shipment coming from China. I ordered it based on a one time order as I wanted to test the product on my cat. One month later I get notified that a second order has been placed. Once I discovered that, I wrote them immediately to cancel. They said they could not as the order had already been processed and shipped. I was told by them many times that my credit card had been removed from my file and that the subscription (which I NEVER ordered) had been cancelled. I thought it was the end of things. Nope! They placed a THIRD order. They then assured me that they had caught it in time and the order had been cancelled. It had not and now they informed me today that the order has been shipped and they have no way of telling that it had been cancelled before. I have email confirmation from them that it had been caught and cancelled in time before it would have been shipped. I am disputing the last 2 charges with my credit card company and am cancelling this credit card number and getting a new credit card replacement so this fraud company cannot keep charging me every month for something I never authorized, Complete Scam company. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM FRAUD COMPANY!!!

Absolute scammer. Fake testimonials and fake product. unscrupulously signs you up for subscription after you pay for one order, having held the payment method. 100% scam, do not buy.

The stuff comes from China. It is supposed to be lab tested. Who is testing it? Supposed to take 5-8 days to get. Been weeks and no delivery. Tracking number verified NOT to be a US carrier.

I ordered something and got an email weeks later saying they were low on stock and my order would be delayed. I emailed them right away to cancel since my cat passed away. They replied saying they already sent it and would refund me 20%, but they never did.

Then I got another email saying my subscription would be filled. I didn't even know I had a subscription. I canceled it immediately, but they still filled my subscription anyway.

These people don’t care about animals, just their profits. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE UNKIND PEOPLE.

I placed my order on Nov 2nd during a weak moment in my scam radar after watching an intense presentation about the dangers of pet food being low in taurine. I ordered 3 jars of taurine as I have 11 pets. Nowhere on the website, or during the ordering process, does it mention the product is coming from China. The delivery time is quoted as 5-8 days. It is now Dec 2nd, 1 month later, and I have not yet received the product. According to the tracking, it has made it to Los Angeles and is apparently sitting somewhere. To be fair, I have not contacted the vendor directly yet regarding the delayed delivery, but they should be upfront that the product is coming from China and put a realistic delivery time on their website.
