This is a scam. Filed a dispute with chargeback and evidently these scammers are scamming them too. They have a tracking number and proof of delivery. Try calling their number… out of service. Try their website..server not found. They stole my money and chargeback has a wool toque over their eyes. Buyer Beware. Do not buy from them!!! What’s with one star. Should be none.

I ordered one of the puppies, they then changed that to two and took payment for two! I thought I had checked them out carefully and even found Tommyrobotics company in the uk. My bank agreed it was a scam and refunded the money but they have today taken the refund back as they’re saying the transaction was made by me so basically I’ve lost that money! Never again will I trust an online site no matter how genuine they appear.

Honestly I don't know what to believe at this point. I paid fir thosorder over a month and their customer service department keeps telling me the order is on its way . I told them my husband is a cop which is true . I really hope it's not a scam because I went out of my way to get thos for my kids but this will be the last time I get fooled. I hope more people are informed

Iv been stung by Tommy robotic. I was foolish enough to order 2 dogs from them . No delivery the tracking number vanished and no reply to E mails . From now on I will de doing my research before ordering anything
