This was a scam. They threatened me, impersonated police, and used multiple numbers and intimidation. It worked for a while, until I realised they'd scammed me out of a few hundred and there was no product, no company, just criminals. It's a complete scam. I fell victim to it, which is unlike me but they had my name and address and I was scared- but now I've blocked them all and as yet no more threats.
