I have been getting rewards with my offer, but every time I contact support, they say I’m not eligible. I’ve done everything as required. If I don’t get my rewards and you don’t change how support checks proof, you will lose many loyal customers. Taking money and not rewarding is wrong and looks like a scam. Please fix this issue and stop scamming your loyal customers! I know this is a lie because I got rewards before for the same actions. I’m giving this 1-star review to warn others. I have proof I’m eligible for my rewards, but this company does not care about its customers. My conversation ID is 4578303, and this issue was resolved before. Please stop changing what you think is “right” and actually do what’s right for your customers.
