Horrid "company" to deal with. They have an excuse for everything and will triple charge you if you complain. Ordered item for AU$59.95, got charged US$74.94. Tried to cancel immediately but they claimed item was already sent. Then put through additional charges "by technology failure" that they claim they can't fix. Im yet to receive items, and PayPal is horrendously slow at disputes, and won't let you dispute the additional charges as they cant see them.

This is 100% a scam, I too ordered something and they did not deliver it, order and emails has two different tracking numbers one coming from Ireland and one coming from China. I contacted a friend if mine that works with USPS and she said neither if those numbers are with them. Friend advised getting letter from my local postal office that those tracking number are not theirs and they did not deliver the package. I called paypal and they said providing the letter will escalate my dispute in my favor to have my money refunded. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY…. They also charged me 51.00, when my order was 39.99 with free shipping..

Ordered on 12/5/2024. Two weeks later I emailed them, because their tracking was so slow. I again emailed after the order sat in customs for days. And complained about their tracking system. I recieved an angry response saying they cancelled the order and refunded the money. I have yet to see any money! I believe they are a scam
