The apex and www led to the same retail store. About, contact, return, shipping, terms and privacy pages were accessible. The Return Policy describes 14 days after receipt to begin a return and refunds within 7 days after approval. Indexed BBB Scam Tracker records 1319126 dated 2026-06-12 and 1353369 dated 2026-07-13 describe alleged non-delivery and an unreceived refund after poor-quality goods. They are consumer accounts, not adjudicated findings; the direct BBB pages did not render and their current outcomes were not verified. Three supplied images showed separate recorded deliveries of decorative lamps and a bra. Those examples do not establish the outcomes of the other complaints. No phishing page or specific malicious payload was reproduced.
