Rablaisie.com Reputation Review

I received merchandise from Rablaisie which did not meet standards. There is no contact information for phone number or address on the website. The only information is [email protected]. I reached out to this email requesting a return and immediately received a response from [email protected] saying I would hear back from someone. The response from 'service' said they needed photos. I responded that I did not know how to do that. Received another (same) message from 'support'. After much struggle of figuring out how to do the photos, I sent a third message to 'service' with photos of the package and the item for return. After hearing nothing, two days later I re-sent the photos along with the original confirmation of order. It has been several days and I have received nothing from either 'service' or 'support' at Rablaisie regarding a return address. I tried to file a complaint with the BBB but they need an actual address for the company which is nowhere to be found. I cannot say if this company is a scam because I did receive the merchandise - inferior as it may be. There is no trace of actual company information which would lead me to believe that it is a scam company. I caution anyone ordering from Rablaisie. I do not agree with any ratings found online stating that this company is reputable or that the customer service is good. It definitely is not. My concern now is that even though I started communication immediately after receiving the item, that they will not refund me for the outfit because it will be over the 14 days if or when they finally respond to my messages. My recommendation is not to order from this company.
