If I had to give stars it would probably be in the negative. 1.) customer service not answering the question 2.) manager not even saying their name 3.) manager stating I receive the terms in the email 4.) manager not issuing a full refund because i used the service for ONE day given that I have TWO of the same subscription going that is active the same time (just one is "streaming" and one has "downloads") 5.) the website itself doesn't allow customer to even cancel (did it four times) 6.) the website isn't even clear what service you use but just show "active" subscription.
