I ordered plants for my daughter in Oklahoma. When I place the order, there was no option for entering a shipping address and they automatically put my shipping address in Colorado on the order. I contacted them immediately and numerous times over several days to get the address changed. I was told three different times that they would not ship until they had it straightened out. I received the plants today even though I refused the shipment. I think UPS left it with my neighbor. Customer service does not exist at plantsandtrees.com. Don't give them any business, you'll be sorry if you do.
