I bought 2 of their pajamas and they were almost completely see-through, colors so faint and the was no piping and the buttons were clear, not as shown on website. Immediately I reached out to customer support, they offered to return 13% of the $91 I paid. I said no and asked for a full refund. After two weeks of me emailing I contacted PayPal for their assistance (the way I completed my transacation). Of course Pajamashere responded almost immediately and said I could ship them back to China for $500 USD. I knew it was going to be nightmare! I escalated it again with PayPal, but left to figure this mess out for myself. All in all after 13 emails to them I get to keep the two sets of pajamas (if you can call them that) and I am out almost $100. I would tell anyone NOT to use this company they are ripoff artists that make things look incredible, but are such a waste of money.
