Arnika employees create an appointment for clients, clients get notified over e-mail and reminded two days prior of their appointment to click on the link in the e-mail and confirm their arrival. Client can get few e-mails from Arnika reminding them of their appoitments, changes of the current appointments, cancellations, etc.
