I ordered it online (July 3, 3:40 PM), then three hours later, sent an e-mail asking for a refund. I could not find a way on the site to cancel the order. The next day, at 9:50 AM, I got this response: Hello William Moates, Thank you for reaching out to us. We are very sorry to hear that you have changed your mind. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order at this stage. Once an order is submitted, it automatically processes through our fulfillment system immediately to ensure fast shipment. Because Order #107XXX is already in progress, we are unable to halt the package or issue a refund at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please let us know if you have any additional questions once the package arrives. Very best, Camille The USPS shipping label for it was created at 1 PM on July 4, three hours after I got the e-mail. I got the shipment on July 11, and hours later, sent another request for a refund. I await their response.
