I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the support provided by mdmhost.com. Since the beginning of November, they have not responded to tickets, the chat is scarcely communicative, tickets remain open and are then closed without resolution. My clients are already complaining and have looked for other providers because they are left waiting too long without a response, which ultimately causes me to incur losses.

Every month they send the invoice and it is paid, yet they don't care about resolving the problems. The WHM shows that new updates are available, but they do not update it.
