Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with this product. For context, I'm a web designer and SEO specialist, and I have already tried several SEO tools in the past. First, I bought the Solo lifetime license, and in the same purchase process, I upgraded to Agency. When I went into my account, the Agency license wasn't even activated (as if I hadn't purchased it). Then I tested the Site Audit (it didn't work at all, showing an error without a description), and the Keyword Finder, which gave me completely unrelated keywords. They state in their Terms of Service that they process refunds within 5-10 business days, if requested within 30 days; I made my request the same day I purchased the products, and even if the support agents keep replying that it's being handled by the billing team, it's already been 15 working days, and the refund hasn't been processed yet. Honestly, I can build a better product with AI in a couple of weeks - this product is just not worth it. There are much better products in the market, so I wouldn't recommend it at all (especially because they're not complying with their own terms of service). I've started a claim with my bank to try to get the money back, because I believe they're just playing with my refund.
