Definitely a scam. Product was defective or broke immediately, so you couldn't have time to load the ball and then swing. When it did pop it would be too low to swing at. Kids were disappointed and thought the product worthless. Company does not issue refunds as part of their scam, and also they automatically sign you up for a "complimentary" dugout Club membership, i.e. a useless coaching service where they charge you less than 2 weeks after the product arrives and hope you don't notice you're paying $40/month for nothing. Immoral.

This is a fake company, probably run by an AI agent. The product is a cheap knock off. There is no cancellation or return options despite what the site says.
