DO NOT BUY FROM HERE SRSLY. I tried purchasing a coat thats around 60$ but on my banking account it alerted that the shop was trying to purchase a 750$ coat. This is insane. Luckily my banking stopped it due to it sudden high purchase. please do not be fooled.

I made 2 orders with this online company for an upcoming trip total $177. 10 days went by and I didn't receive any tracking information on my orders so i reached out to them and they responded saying that they would look into it. After another day or so, they told me that an item on one of my orders were out of stock and if I wanted another size or another item. I told them no and to just issue a refund. Then, they replied and said that because of their "out of stock policy" they can not issue a refund. I told them that this policy is not stated on their website and it only says 30-guaranteed money back. After, that they continued to inform me that 2 other items on my orders were out of stock and they aren't able to issue a refund. At this point, we are 15 days past my order date, and they don't have 3/4 items that I ordered, and I still havent received anything. I told them to just cancel everything and send me my money back. They are "supposedly" in Hong Kong but their phone number is from the Netherlands. I'm highly upset that it took them this long to tell me that the items were out of stock and that they didn't have their website updated. Also, I believe these people are scamming because the number listed is also tied to another boutique under another name. I told them that I will file a claim if they don't issue me a refund. This has become a nightmare and they keep sending me the same reply email. I feel robbed and I highly advise to not shop with them.
