Don't order from them - scam company. My cousin has Jiggle Jolly as part of their baby registry. I placed an order for a high chair (cost, including shipping was $184). When you input the billing and shipping address, the shipping address re-updates to put in the city/zipcode for billing address (even when you try to correct it and resubmit). What happens is that Jiggle Jolly claims that they are not responsible for incorrect shipping address (the issue is that their website/check-out site automatically updates/enters your billing address into their shipping address, so it appears that you made the incorrect error). This is a scam. I immediately contacted Jiggle Jolly through the "Contact Us" portal on their website (you will notice there is no e-mail listed, and no phone number listed). I reached out multiple times, the day of the order, along with the day after, and a few days after, and there has been no response. This order was placed on April 1, 2026. I checked with my cousin the end of April 2026, and he has not received the order we paid for. I also checked again with my cousin today, June 18, 2026, and he has still not received the order. Jiggle Jolly has also still not responded to any of my e-mails. Please avoid using this company. I wish I had done my research earlier and not even purchased them. I see that other people were also scammed by them. I have placed a fraud alert on my card against this company.
