This is a scam site. Customer service won't give you any information about delays or when your products will arrive, and they won't refund your money either. I've been waiting a month for my order, which, according to the SHOP app on their FEXURU store, was supposed to arrive in 8 business days. The order tracking hasn’t updated since I made the purchase, and customer service has been lying to me for over a week, saying it’s in the final stage. They’re scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
