scam with deceptive advertising.. The product called “Protaflo” was advertised with a 90 day refund. I made a 6 bottle purchase on 12/26/25 @ $39.00 p/bottle = $ 234.00 on their website. Before the transaction was completed but after the 6 bottle purchase was made via cc, and while I was still trying to finalize the purchase, an offer appears saying increase the order to 9 bottles and reduce the price p/bottle to $27.00. I said why not, it has a 90 day warranty, so I increased the purchase to 9 bottles raising the price from 234.00 to 261.00 Then I received an email after they’d been paid, stating the order was “backordered”. I checked by cc account online and saw I’d been charged $234.00 for 6 bottles purchase and $ 261.00 for an additional 9 bottles as a separate purchases for a total of 15 bottles. I contacted the customer service dept., by email stating the sales tactic was “deceptive” advertising and I wanted the 9 bottle ordered cancelled and an immediate refund issued for the $261.00 charge. For 3 days I heard a song and dance … about how the company couldn’t cancel the order because it was already in “processing“ and I have to get the order and then return it. I stated, it was impossible for an order to be in “processing” when it was “backordered". I looked in detail at their stated 90 day warranty and again what I saw was deceptive. It was a 30 day refund on the first bottle used. Meaning between 60 and 90 days, if additional product was used, a purchaser only got a refund on the unused bottles. Emails between myself and the company went back and forth for 3 days each time with a new employee being involved. Each time they responded and each time with a new excuse for not making the refund of $261.00 for the second 9 bottle order. . Finally I was ready to contact the Attorney Generals of the States involved and on 12/29/25 I received an email stating they were issuing a $261.00 refund immediately which appeared that day on my cc statement. I received the 6 bottle order in mid January. 1 used bottle in 30 days and found the productive to be ineffective. I received numerous emails from various employees trying to up sell me to enroll for a monthly fee in their “coaching” program to help the product work. I went to their website and found that now, they had removed the product I bought and replaced it with a “new and improved” version… and the stated 90 day warranty was now 60 days. I contacted the customer service dept again, explaining that I wanted to return 5 un opened bottles and 1 empty bottle for a full refund of $234.00. They counter offer 3 or 4 times, trying to get me to keep what was no longer a product they were selling. My response was No. Finally I got an email that contained my postage for the return Vis USPS with a note that once the return was received it could take 3 weeks to process the return and for me to get the refund into my cc account. As 3 weeks arrived and still no comment I followed up saying based upon the tracking # the return was received on March 2nd and asked where’s the refund? I got a response saying OK the refund was approved, stating that they charged me 10% for shipping and handling giving me a link explaining their return policy, which I had previously read and saw nothing about a processing fee for returned product. Bottom line, I’m done with Enclavebioactives.com (upon information and belief from email communications ) the parent company controlling products and process. I’m not going to argue over $23.40 with a complaint nor will I waste the time of a few State AGs. That their changed the product they sold me in Dec 2025 (subject to deceptive selling practices) to a new better improved product in Jan 2026 meaning that wanted to dump 15 bottles on me, and then trying to upsell me to “coaching” and changing their 30 day use - 90 day warranty to a 30 day use and 60 day warranty and then nickel and dime-ing me for 10% of my refund, speaks volumes about the honestly and integrity of company. Their product, in my experience doesn’t work. Their sales tactics are deceptive. The company, the product and entire process is not worth of anyone’s consideration.
