The company is legit however has a policy regarding the cancellation and a case-by-case review to determine if a refund is justified. In this case, the cancellation was on the day of and the request for the refund within the reasonable allotted time yet they refused to refund $39.95 even as they charged $1.00 for the 7 day trial. It is more than likely suit will follow as they seem to ignore the hardship detailed to them and only want to keep whatever they can at any expense. So please be sure to remain vigilant if only to use on a one time basis.
