This company is a SCAM!! Stay away!! Don’t waste your time and money. If we could give NEGATIVE stars, we would. The charge point they assigned never worked. We spent over two hours on the phone, and the technician said the charger is defective. But we still got charged $11.31 TWICE for trying to use it. When we called customer service, they said we can get a credit to our account - how is that helpful if the charger is broken? Or we can wait SIX WEEKS for a check in the mail! SIX WEEKS? They took our money for a non-working charger, and now we wait to get it back? Why can’t they just refund our credit card? When we asked to talk to a supervisor, they said no one is available and can call us back in 2 hours. We have very little hope for that call.
