I wanted to purchase 1 ankle warmer for a gift but as I filled out my order it immediately jumped to 3 and I was charged for 3. Since then I have had a recurring charge for $19.99 .I am an elderly widow with limited income so this needs to be resolved. It is my opinion that Buyskyline.co is not a trustworthy site.

A unknown charge for $74.91 appeared on my bank statement March, 2026 to [email protected]. I did not recognize this charge. I’ve tried to find a way to talk to someone to get it refunded to me, but there is no number given anywhere in their website. It appears to be a site selling million dollar properties in CA. I’m a retired senior citizen living on a strict budget with my social security income. There’s no way I could afford something like this. And, there’s no help to get this straightened out. I read herein that people are contacting the BBB. Guess I will do that now. What a scam snd fraud this is!!

I purchased 3 ankle heating and vibrating pads. I received them 4 weeks after ordering them. there was an additional charge of $19.99 plus exchange rate. I don't know what this is for. I have now received the same charge every month since. I can not find anyone in order to chancel or talk to about this charge. It is coming out every month and I am sick of it.

I ordered these ankle warmers 2 was charged for the 2 $80 something then another charge popped up for &29.99 I think I will have to check the amounts to be sure! Then last evening or the day before another charge for $19.99 showed up ! Now I will call the bank and put a stop to anymore of that BS!

I ordered a product as a Christmas gift. When I tried to put in payment info it would not allow it to go through. Finally on the 3rd try it went through. I got the product 3 of them and was billed for 3. i only wanted one. when I tried to contact the Customer Service Number it just cuts you off immediately. You can't reach anyone1

Placed on Dec 15 for Hover Globe, they took out money same day. Have yet to receive order. Cannot get in touch with them. or get shipping date ?????

I received a shipping notification with a tracking number, but the tracking number is not legit according to USPS. No one answers the customer service number provided on the website and no one has answered my emails. They took my money out of my account immediately after placing my order. There is no information on the site as to how to get a refund.

This company does not appear to be legit. The website does not even show the product that I selected and upon giving them my credit card they went ahead and debited my account without allowing me to see the cart or the amount of money they were charging for taxes or shipping. Fortunately the lender sent me an email and I was able to stop the purchase immediately. The only thing is that I have to wait for another credit card as this was reported as compromised.
