I ordered a jacket with product protection on 9/17/26. Order has not been delivered, and I've reached out many times to the company as there is no tracking info. I get canned responses from what I believe is a bot named "Anna Frasier" who can't give me a refund even with the delivery protection that I paid for, and for weeks is telling me she's "looking into it". Pure scam, stay away from this company!!!

Wrong size, cheap shoes, and a refund runaround I ordered two pairs of Verona Sneakers in US 12 for $134.57. The site says "premium leather" and "true to size." They took over a month to arrive with no updates, and came loose in a plastic mailer from a California fulfillment warehouse with no shoe boxes. Both pairs measure about a US 10, with no size marked on either one, and the material is cheap synthetic, not leather. When I sent photos and asked for a refund, they offered 35% back if I keep shoes that don't fit, or a full refund only if I pay about $50 to ship back their mistake. I've filed a BBB complaint and a credit card dispute. Save your money.

Terrible Customer Service, Misleading Advertising, and Poor Product Quality I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the product and the customer service provided by this company. The advertising is misleading, and the product is far below acceptable standards. The jacket was advertised as genuine leather; however, upon receiving it, I discovered that it was made of imitation leather. There were no labels identifying the material, manufacturer, or product specifications. The overall quality and appearance were comparable to inexpensive products commonly sold on platforms such as Temu or SHEIN, rather than the genuine leather jacket advertised. To make matters worse, the company requires customers to return the merchandise to China at their own expense. The international return shipping costs nearly half the original purchase price, making the return process unreasonable and financially burdensome. This company’s business practices raise serious concerns about transparency, product misrepresentation, and customer satisfaction. Customers should not be expected to bear substantial international shipping costs when a product does not match its advertised description. I strongly caution potential buyers to carefully consider purchasing from this company. Based on my experience, the product quality, misleading advertising, and inadequate customer service make this a disappointing and unacceptable shopping experience. My recommendation: Buyer beware!
